Chief Creative OfficerWith over 300 national and international creative awards to his credit, including work in the Clio Hall of Fame, Tracy is among the most honored in the advertising business. He is a recipient of the American Advertising Federation’s Silver Medal for Lifetime Achievement, and was recently named to the 4A’s “Advertising 100” list honoring today’s top ad professionals.
Chief Executive OfficerWith over 300 national and international creative awards to his credit, Ben began his career at WONGDOODY as an unpaid intern shortly after the agency’s founding. Since then, he has overseen the company’s growth and evolution from scrappy creative upstart to one of the country’s leading brand experience firms, serving some of the world’s most innovative clients. Under Ben, WONGDOODY has been named Small Agency of the Year multiple times and a Best Place to Work for the last decade.
PresidentSkyler has overseen the growth of WONGDOODY over the past 17 years. She has built her career leading award-winning work and several female empowerment initiatives. Including #TheReal10 which aims to close the gender pay gap and #IPumpedHere, which encourages workplaces to provide better facilities for breast-pumping employees. She is Founder of The Motherboard, a platform that provides global input to help brands drive digital transformation.
Chief Talent OfficerMegan brings more than 18 years of HR experience to WONGDOODY. Her focus is on two things: finding great people to join our company and helping those folks turn this into the best job they’ve ever had. Megan loves people, and loves to make them laugh. She keeps that laughter and sense of fun ingrained in the WONGDOODY culture.
Chief Marketing OfficerKnox is responsible for the expression of the WONGDOODY brand across all channels and experiences. Knox applies his expertise to lead the next generation of WONGDOODY as a human experience company powered by Infosys. His 13-years at WONGDOODY has included executive management, account strategy, and connection planning leadership on Amazon, T-Mobile, Expedia, Autodesk, and Alaska Airlines.
Creative ManagerOver the last 15 years, Creative Manager Lara Johannsen has helped lead a team of creatives who concept and create award-winning work. Lara and the WONGDOODY team work with global, national, and regional brands to push boundaries to tell compelling stories and move consumers.
Executive Director, Client ServicesBridgett joined WONGDOODY in 2018 as Executive Director, Client Services. Bridgett’s leadership in integrated marketing & advertising spans a 20-year career at world-renowned full-service and digital agencies. Her award-winning work includes innovative campaigns for brands like Volkswagen, PlayStation, and DIRECTV. She is a trusted client partner and thought leader, and is known for her passion to successfully execute plans to meet business goals.
Sr. Director, Integrated ProductionStacy shepherds the agency’s best ideas from conception through meticulous execution at any scale. After spending the last 18 years producing award-winning work for brands like T-Mobile, Hewlett-Packard, Expedia, Safeco Insurance, and Alaska Airlines, Stacy returned to WONGDOODY in 2015 for a second tour of “doody.” She runs our rapidly expanding content studio—including teams of producers, strategists, production artists, retouchers, shooters, editors, and animators—in making all of our creative dreams come true.
Executive Director, Business DevelopmentJosh has worked with the biggest brands in digital marketing, web development, and experiential. Since 2014, Josh has helped clients create powerful experiences combining cinematic content, transformative architecture, and more to engage customers and partners. Josh spent 11 years as Chief Marketing Officer at JUXT Interactive, creating innovative programs for clients that garnered awards including a Cannes CyberLion, a Bronze Pencil, and more.
Chief Financial OfficerSteve is responsible for the financial health and growth of WONGDOODY. After starting his career in the mailroom of Y&R’s Madison Avenue office over 40 years ago, Steve went on to guide exponential growth at 72andSunny as they grew from 30 to 500 staffers. Orenstein was an integral part of building 72andSunny’s celebrated agency culture with the implementation of Free Food Fridays, in which he grilled lunch for the entire LA office.
Managing DirectorTod leads the newly formed digital transformation practice for WONGDOODY. He is building a customer-centric, creatively driven strategy-and-delivery team to help top brands keep up with ever-changing digital behaviors and expectations. Tod has developed award-winning work, including Lions, Clios and Effies, for iconic brands such as Apple, Samsung, Energizer and Nestlé.
Executive Director, Retail InnovationAs the leader of Retail Innovation practice, Steve has created meaningful change and spent the last decade focused on the digital transformation of the world’s largest brands and retailers including Samsung, Walmart, Revlon, P&G and Starbucks. Steve is an active voice in the evolving retail conversation as a committee member for the National Retail Federation, frequent speaker and contributor to national publications.
Group Director, CXAs the leader of WONGDOODY’S CX practice, Jess helpsclients transform their needs and wants into powerful human experiences. She has been a designer for over 18 years and builds product, service and UX teams. Jess is dedicated to folding disciplines together to bring useful, usable and elegant products to life. Jess is obsessed with helping organizations understand the power of aligning on a vision, iterative research, identifying goals, prototyping quickly, measuring and bending, again, towards that vision. Jess loves what she does – and is equally wild about her colleagues.
