SEATTLE —  February 19, 2020  — Continuing the transformative work of elevating customer experience (CX) to human experience (HX); WONGDOODY, an internationally renowned creative agency, experienced a surge of new employees, as part of its global expansion with tech giant Infosys. In only two months, the HX company increased hiring by 12 percent, and continues to add new openings.

Notably, the WD employee boom strengthens the agency’s HX leadership with new hires specializing in CX, UX, UI, omni channel, and digital transformation. “We have amassed an incredible pool of talent – experts in human insight, creativity, and large-scale transformation projects, “ said WD Chief Executive Officer Ben Wiener.

Key New Hires
Adam Fischbach, a CX lead, will work on user and customer experience, with consideration of patterns and thinking, human computer interaction and user-centered design. Previously, he led user experience teams at major ad agencies servicing Honda, Volkswagen, Nestlé, ESPN, Netflix, Red Bull, and Walmart.

Amber Tribble, CX lead, will design world-class digital products and experiences across the agency’s client portfolio . Previously, she spearheaded UX and CX teams in eCommerce and digital innovation – including: chatbots, shoppable videos, digital voice, and augmented reality.

Shayna Wenger, joins WD as an associate creative director.  She brings 12 years of experience from Crispin Porter + Bogusky, The Travel Channel, McGarry Bowen, Las Vegas Tourism “What happens in Vegas” and Momentum.  Previous work includes pitching, strategizing, concepting, and executing large scale digital campaigns for Google, Verizon, United Airlines, Burger King and the National Basketball Association (NBA).

George Grabowich will serve as a client partner for digital transformation. For Fortune 500 companies, he has provided end-to-end program management leadership to software development teams, CX/UX design teams and web/mobile front-end agile developer teams for holistic web and mobile solutions.
