Breaking into the daily makeup routines of fashionable women across Japan is no easy task. FlowFushi, a small, independent, Japanese luxury cosmetic brand sought to do just that with the launch of an accessible price point lip-gloss. To shake things up, we created a human experience through unique package design and strategically placed environmental out-of-home leading to a marquis pop-up store in Tokyo’s most fashionable neighborhood. The exclusive pre-release pop-up store generated a frenzy of buzz and activity, leading to over 100k posts on Instagram and Twitter, and the entire manufactured quantity of the new product selling out in less than one month.
