AI Isn't Coming — It's Already Here
Last month, our WongDoody team went to Anaheim, CA for Infosys Connect 2026, the annual internal gathering where the global Infosys sales teams come together to align on strategy, share case studies, and collectively plan for the fiscal year ahead.
Five days. Multiple verticals. One very memorable night at the House of Blues.
Here's what stuck with us.

The Moment That Shifted the Room’s Energy
One of the highlights of Connect was sharing a powerful case study with the broader Infosys sales community and watching their reaction in real time.
The work speaks for itself: WongDoody and Infosys built a superpowered AI-driven content supply chain for a global CPG leader that used digital twin technology, an integrated content lifecycle management system, and real-time data optimization to produce personalized content at a scale that traditional agencies simply can't match.
The economics were what stopped people cold. Traditional postproduction agencies were charging $150 per asset. After six weeks in Phase 1, we had that down to $17.40, an 88% reduction. At full production scale after 12 weeks? We hit $0.90 per asset, a 99.4% cost reduction. Proven and in production.

But cost is only part of the story, as results compound from there: 36% faster revenue growth, 40–50% reduction in overall creative costs, 50% faster time to market, 30% lift in user engagement and conversion, and a 25% increase in marketing ROI.
When you can show a room full of enterprise-sales leaders numbers like that, the conversation shifts fast.

Topaz Fabric and the AI Infrastructure Moment
Infosys also used Connect to formally launch Infosys Topaz Fabric, a major milestone, even if those of us tracking the space knew it had been in the works for months. The launch articulated something important: We are past the era of AI as a pilot or proof of concept. The infrastructure is here. The question now is how organizations design with it, and who guides them in implementing solutions thoughtfully.
That's exactly where WongDoody lives: at the intersection of human-centered design and AI-enabled transformation. Connect confirmed the market’s readiness for that evolution.

On the Human Side
Simone Biles and Ashton Kutcher both took the keynote stage, and honestly, the pair may seem out of place at a tech conference, but it made more sense than you'd expect. Biles, whose career is defined by mental resilience and redefining what's possible under pressure, and Kutcher, a longtime tech investor and vocal AI advocate, centered the conversation around what it means to do your best as a human. Together they reflected something real about where we are culturally. The most important technology conversations aren't happening in isolation anymore. They're intersecting with sports, entertainment, and all facets of life.
What I'll carry with me most, though, is simpler...
the chance to spend real time with my CSG colleagues from around the world and WongDoody’s sales team. These are people I email and Slack constantly, and getting to actually be in the room together (and yes, close out a night on the dance floor) reminded me why the relationships underneath this work matter so much.

What We're Building Toward
We left Anaheim with a full pipeline and a lot of energy.
Telling our story opened doors across verticals, and the conversations we had across financial services, retail, CPG, automotive, and media all pointed in the same direction: clients want AI that actually works for their business, not a demo. They want proof. They want a partner who's walked the walk.
