    1. DISCLOSURE: We may share your Personal Information within our parent entity, to our Service Providers, Vendors, Business Partners, and/or our authorized 3rd Party Agents. Where required under law, we share your Personal Information to auditors, and/or government authorities. WongDoody does not share or sell your Personal Information to any third party for any profits.
    2. TRANSFER: If you are visiting our Sites from outside the United States, please be aware that we may transfer Personal Information to Infosys group companies and service providers outside the US, where permitted. If you sign up our for our newsletter, your Personal Information will be transferred to the group companies in the respective region according to the country you select in the dropdown (if you choose an EEA country the recipient is WongDoody GmbH in Germany, if you choose any other region the recipient is Infosys Limited).

    In addition, if we send any of your Personal Information to servers located within the EEA and/or UK local data protection laws (GDPR and UK-GDPR) apply, if we transfer your Personal Information from those regions to areas located outside of the EEA and/or UK, we will adopt adequate measures as required by the GDPR and UK-GDPR, respectively.
