WongDoody is expanding its German team with two senior hires: Stefan Kretz joins as Director of Strategy, and Alejandro Márquez as Creative Director. Together, they will further strengthen our expertise in integrated platform marketing and AI-supported brand management.
Strategic expertise for digital brand ecosystems
As Director of Strategy, Stefan Kretz leads strategic consulting and brand development across digital communication—from positioning and campaign architecture to cross-channel activation. Reporting to Senior Vice President of Digital Marketing & Strategy Eva McKinnon, he heads a five-person team combining strategy and performance expertise.
Kretz joins from TLGG, where he most recently served as Strategy Director in Team X, overseeing international brand mandates including Mercedes-Benz and Telekom. His previous experience includes roles at HeimatTBWA and MediaMonks.
Creative platform thinking with social expertise
Alejandro Márquez also joins from TLGG, where he served as Associate Creative Director, leading integrated campaigns and social strategies for brands such as Leaps by Bayer, Mercedes-Benz, and Gaggenau. Prior to that, he worked as Senior Art Director at GUD.berlin and BUTTERBERLIN, among others.
At WongDoody, Márquez will drive the creative development of brands across social and digital platforms. As Creative Director, he oversees platform-specific conception and integrated executions across key touchpoints. He combines conceptual precision with a deep understanding of social media and makes targeted use of AI in creative processes and content production. Márquez reports to Senior Vice President of Digital Marketing Dennis Dünnwald and leads a specialized creative team.
Strengthening integrated platform marketing
