APRIL 11, 2022 — WongDoody, award-winning creative agency, and the global experience and design unit for Infosys, announced it has promoted Jessica Wittebort from SVP of Customer Experience to the newly-created role of CXO of North America, and appointed Mohan Krishnaraj to the newly-created role of CXO of India. Both will report to Global CXO, Ralf Gehrig.

I am excited to collaborate with Jessica and Mohan on growing a truly global design studio culture that sheds old perceptions of on and offshore; and acknowledges that our designers, whether in New York, Melbourne, Bangalore, London, or Hyderabad, all have similar mindsets, aspirations, and talent. Few organizations think like this, and I look forward to what this shift under Jessica and Mohan's individual leadership will unlock for our clients and our people globally, said Ralf.

In her previous position at WongDoody, Jessica led the US Customer Experience Design team. As CXO of North America, she will continue to push product design and champion insight-driven human experience design for all WongDoody clients across every sector. Jessica will also be tasked with expanding the company’s design skills through training and hiring, setting up new design studios for clients and inspiring employees to produce their best design work.

"WongDoody has an unmatched passion to deliver brilliant experiences for our clients," said Jessica. "I am excited by the opportunity to continue to work with this team as we see an evolution in the industry towards delivering more innovative product and service designs."

Mohan joins WongDoody from HARMAN International, a Samsung company, where he was the VP & Global Head of Digital Design and User Experience. Based out of Bangalore, Mohan will oversee WongDoody’s experience design capabilities across the company’s five studios in India, help global clients envision new possibilities and create greater impact with his experience in humanizing technology, and nurture and inspire talent to grow and deliver their best work.

The world around us is constantly changing and that means finding newer and better ways to adapt. I’m a strong believer that great design and great experience can not only solve business problems but also have a positive impact on every living being around us and the ecosystem at large. WongDoody, with its strong creative culture that's driven by empathy, with the strength of Infosys, is the perfect place to build things that are meaningful and future proof. I am excited about joining the team as they accelerate solutions around Human Experience and Sustainability, said Mohan.

For WongDoody, these appointments serve as a key step towards the company’s goal of creating a truly global studio model, distinct from the large agency networks and most competitors. This geography-agnostic approach ensures that the best minds work together despite location, to solve the challenges that the industry faces.

It is our ambition to provide our clients around the world with great design and solutions that will amplify and elevate their businesses, and I believe that the leadership of Jessica and Mohan will help WongDoody to continue to do so, said Ben Wiener CEO, WongDoody. This is one more example of how our investment in creativity is setting Infosys apart from its peers, and I am excited to see the work that we produce as a result.
