Rachel McShane

Rachel is a commercially focused finance leader, with 15 years’ experience across the Professional and Financial Services industry. The previous 10 years of her career were spent at Barclays, where most recently she was Head of Finance for the Corporate Bank and FD for Transaction Banking, following 4 years at Barclaycard. She has a range of experience across different financial products and industry sectors — from mid-sized to international corporate clients. After graduating in Maths and Economics at Nottingham University, she trained as an accountant at KPMG, where she worked in Corporate Tax advisory and Transactional Services before moving into financial services.
Andrea Brimmer

At Ally Financial, Andrea Brimmer leads a team dedicated to disruptive marketing that connects with consumers and their values. Under her leadership, Ally introduced its “Do It Right” brand promise in 2016, unifying all of the company’s businesses under one mantra. Known as a dynamic and culturally astute trailblazer, she has been honored three times on the Forbes’ list of the World’s Most Influential CMOs, and was named a 2020 Brand Genius by Adweek.
Skyler Mattson

Over the past 20 years, Skyler has overseen the growth of WongDoody while leading award-winning work, including several female empowerment initiatives. As president, Skyler has been an integral part of transforming WongDoody from a North American ad agency to the global experience and design agency for Infosys, with studios around the globe. She has been a delegate to the World Economic Forum and proudly serves as a board member for the Infosys Foundation.
