Mary Beth leads transformation and technology strategy with a focus on implementing operational excellence efforts that support the company’s digital transformation. Additionally, she is responsible for vendor management, procurement and customer care. Prior to her current role she was Sally Beauty Group Vice President, Chief Transformation Officer. Ms. Edwards came to Sally Beauty from Arrow Electronics, where she spent 24 years in roles of increasing responsibility, most recently as vice president of global business operations. Ms. Edwards is a combat veteran and held the rank of MAJ Promotable in the U.S. Army. She holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Temple University.

Deb has long held a passion for the development of women and girls and a strong drive to make an impact in her community. She is an avid hiker and world traveler and takes off from Atlanta, Georgia, where she resides with her family.
