Mary Beth Edwards

Mary Beth leads transformation and technology strategy with a focus on implementing operational excellence efforts that support the company’s digital transformation. Additionally, she is responsible for vendor management, procurement and customer care. Prior to her current role she was Sally Beauty Group Vice President, Chief Transformation Officer. Ms. Edwards came to Sally Beauty from Arrow Electronics, where she spent 24 years in roles of increasing responsibility, most recently as vice president of global business operations. Ms. Edwards is a combat veteran and held the rank of MAJ Promotable in the U.S. Army. She holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Temple University.
Deb Battaglia

As the SVP of Customer Experience (CX), Deb drives CX strategy throughout the global Assurant enterprise by leveraging strong talent, cutting-edge CX methodologies and human-centered design. Prior to Assurant, she spent 18 years at USAA in a broad range of disciplines, including Operations, Product Management, DE&I, HR, Agile and Strategic Business Transformations. Deb has long held a passion for the development of women and girls and a strong drive to make an impact in her community. She is an avid hiker and world traveler and takes off from Atlanta, Georgia, where she resides with her family.
Skyler Mattson

Over the past 20 years, Skyler has overseen the growth of WongDoody while leading award-winning work, including several female empowerment initiatives. As president, Skyler has been an integral part of transforming WongDoody from a North American ad agency to the global experience and design agency for Infosys, with studios around the globe. She has been a delegate to the World Economic Forum and proudly serves as a board member for the Infosys Foundation.
